CHICAGO - 18

ROCK
1986
Bitrate: 256 kbps
[cd quality]+

In 1969, it issued its debut album, "Chicago Transit Authority", selling over two million copies and placed four singles on the charts, a fact that would be repeated throughout his career and the following album, each with a slight variation in the case in which the side of the band logo was added to the corresponding disk number. Chicago's music was a mixture of styles, from rock, to light pop, incorporating elements of jazz and classical music. But after Cetera theme of "If You Leave Me Now" becoming a gold record and reach the first place of the charts in 1976, the group begins to compose more romantic ballads. The original training were only Robert Lamm, keyboardist, and the horn section, consisting of Lee Loughnane, trumpet player, James Pankow, trombonist, and Walt Parazaider, saxophonist.
