John Michael “Ozzy” Osbourne é um cantor inglês nascido em Aston, Birmingham, Reino Unido. Tendo uma carreira de quase cinco décadas, inicialmente Ozzy alcançou notoriedade como vocalista da banda inglesa de heavy metal Black Sabbath, cujo som radicalmente diferente e sombrio levou o gênero heavy metal ao sucesso. Em sua subsequente carreira solo, ele conseguiu sucesso ainda maior e veio a ser conhecido como “Pai do Heavy Metal”. Ele é listado como o oitavo maior cantor de heavy metal de todos os tempos pela revista Hit Parader. In his subsequent solo career , he managed to even greater success and came to be known as " Father of Heavy Metal " . He is listed as the eighth largest heavy metal singer of all time by Hit Parader magazine . During his time in Black Sabbath he earned the nickname Prince of Darkness, due to the dark style of his music . In the early 2000s , Ozzy 's career expanded to a new medium when he became protragonista his own reality show , The Osbournes , alongside wife Sharon Osbourne and their children Kelly and Jack Osbourne . At twenty, in 1968 , formed his first band , the Polka Tulk , who later earned the name Earth .
