Formada na cidade de Nova York no ano de 1992, chamou a atenção de todos com seus singles: "Two Princes" e Little Miss Can't Be Wrong," que ficaram em Sétimo e Décimo Sétimo lugar, respectivamente parada "American pop chart". Os 'Spin Doctors conseguiram sobressair nas "jam sessions" no início dos anos 90. Foram das poucas bandas que o conseguiram fazer. Com o álbum "Pocket Full Of Kryptonite" assaltaram os tops de todo o mundo, muito à custa do single "Two Princes". Single que em 1993 foi o mais ouvido do mundo. Até 1996 nem tudo correu bem, mas o encontro com uma nova editora (Uptown/Universal) foi feliz. Em 2001, a banda anunciou seu fim. Porém, no ano de 2005, os membros se reuniram e foi lançado o álbum intitulado de "Nice Talking To Me". Prêmios: 1994 - Vencedor do American Music Award na categoria Melhor pop/rock album. Tears for Fears é uma dupla de synthpop/new wave britânica formada em 1981 em Bath, Inglaterra, pelos amigos de infância Roland Orzabal e Curt Smith. O grupo se destacou pela versatilidade de temas usados em suas canções, pelo detalhismo e pela vigorosa utilização do sintetizador. Após o fim da banda de mod revival Graduate, Orzabal e Smith resolveram formar outro grupo. O nome Tears for Fears foi criado a partir dos ensinamentos do psicoterapeuta Arthur Janov, cuja teoria do Grito Primal havia fortemente influenciado John Lennon. A dupla lançou seu primeiro single, Suffer The Children, em novembro de 1981. Em 1982, Mad World chega ao número 3 da parada britânica. Em 1985, o grupo estourou em todo o mundo com os hits Everybody Wants to Rule the World, Shout e Head Over Heels. Essas canções fazem parte de seu segundo álbum, Songs from the Big Chair, que chegou ao topo da parada da Billboard, onde permaneceu por 5 semanas. No total, o disco permaneceu 83 semanas no Top 200 americano, recebendo 5 discos de platina, e 81 semanas entre os mais vendidos da Inglaterra.
