Em 1972, teve pela primeira vez gravada uma música de sua autoria, "Belém", em parceria com Sebastião Tapajós, que a incluiu no repertório do disco "Violão e amigos". Em 1976, iniciou sua carreira de músico, tocando em casas noturnas ao lado do cantor Valter Bandeira, do violonista Everaldo Pinheiro e do percussionista Dadadá. Formou, juntamente Dadadá, Sagica, Kizam Gama e Bob Freitas, o Grupo Gema, com o qual realizou trabalhos de música instrumental, com várias apresentações em teatros, praças, clubes em Belém, Macapá e Santarém. Compôs mais de 100 canções, em estilos os mais diversos, como valsas, sambas, boleros, funks, carimbós e guarânias. Atuou, como instrumentista, com diversos artistas como Billy Blanco, João Donato, Carmen Costa, Erasmo Carlos, Martinho da Vila, Sérgio Ricardo, Noite Ilustrada, Maurício Tapajós, Valeska, Leila Pinheiro, Nazaré Pereira, Johnny Alf e Fafá de Belém, além da francesa Zizi Burnier. Como artista solista, apresentou-se com os violonistas paraenses Salomão Habib ("Dois violões amazônicos") e Paulinho Moura ("13 cordas"). Em 1994, participou do Festival Musicanto, realizado em Santa Rosa (RS), com o baião "Come unha". No ano seguinte, apresentou-se no Festival de Corais de Nancy (França), com o octeto paraense Vox Brasilis. Excursionou com Sueli Costa e Paulo Bellinati pelo Norte e Centro-Oeste do Brasil, através do Projeto Pixinguinha. Participou de gravações em discos de autores e cantores paraenses, como "Omami Omami", com a música "Na mesa com Chico Mendes", de sua parceria com Edson Coelho. Seu primeiro CD, lançado pela Secretaria de Cultura do Estado do Pará (Secult), fez parte do "Projeto Uirapuru", que visa resgatar o trabalho dos compositores mais significativos da cultura musical paraense. Participated in recordings on discs authors and Para singers like "Omami Omami", with the song "At the table with Chico Mendes," its partnership with Edson Coelho. His first CD, released by the Department of Culture of the State of Pará (Secult) was part of the "Uirapuru Project", which aims to rescue the work of the most significant composers of Pará musical culture. Mindflow é uma banda brasileira de metal progressivo fundada na cidade de São Paulo. Criada em 2003, a banda lançou seu primeiro trabalho Just the Two of Us… Me and Them (2004) O grupo, com a turnê Let Your MindFlow realizada de maio de 2004 a junho de 2006, passou pela Ásia, Europa e todo o Brasil arrecadando prêmios em sites especializados e rádios do gênero. Em 2005 o destino foi a Coréia do Sul, onde o MindFlow participou em dois festivais patrocinados pelo governo coreano na cidade de Daegu: E-Sports Festival, evento realizado numa avenida do centro da cidade, transmitido ao vivo na rede de televisão aberta do país; e atuou como banda principal no 2º Duryu Rock Festival. Além disso, a banda fez duas apresentações próprias na cidade de Seul. O MindFlow já havia embarcado para a Espanha em 2004 para participar no ProgMetal Fest, realizando shows em Madrid, Palência, Barcelona e Girona. Na cidade de Girona, a apresentação ocorreu na sala "La Mirona", uma das maiores do país, e na ocasião foi gravado um DVD do grupo. No Brasil, o MindFlow passou pelos mais diversos centros urbanos do país, inclusive nas capitais nordestinas, Natal e Fortaleza. Algumas outras cidades que fizeram parte da turnê foram Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Bauru, Santos, Limeira, Itatiba e Londrina. Na ocasião, o Mindflow se apresentou em casas de espetáculo como o Directv Music Hall de São Paulo; em São Caetano do Sul, no Victoria Hall; no Moinho São Roque de Curitiba e no Lapa Multishow, de Belo Horizonte; além de participar em prestigiados festivais, como o Brasil Metal Union (São Paulo). Mindflow is a Brazilian progressive metal band founded in the city of São Paulo. Created in 2003, the band released their first job Just the Two of Us ... Me and Them (2004) The group, with Let Your MindFlow tour held from May 2004 to June 2006, went through Asia, Europe and all over Brazil collecting awards on specialized sites and gender radios. In 2005 the destination was South Korea, where the MindFlow participated in two festivals sponsored by the Korean government in Daegu city: E-Sports Festival, an event held on an avenue from the city center, broadcast live in open country television network ; and served as headliners on the 2nd Duryu Rock Festival. In addition, the band made two own performances in Seoul. The MindFlow had already shipped to Spain in 2004 to participate in progmetal Fest, performing concerts in Madrid, Palencia, Barcelona and Girona. In the city of Girona, the presentation took place in "La Mirona" room, one of the country's largest, and at the time was recorded a DVD of the group. In Brazil, the MindFlow passed by several urban centers, including the northeast capitals, Natal and Fortaleza.
