Mudvayne é um quarteto de estilo inconfundivel formada em 1996 em Peoria, Illinois, EUA. É considerada uma banda de Math Metal, mas está acima de qualquer rótulo. Desde o começo, a banda estava determinada a tocar pelas suas próprias regras. A dedicação da banda em criar sua própria e singular visão musical foi recompensada em 1999 quando Mudvayne assinou com a Epic Records da Sony. Um ano mais tarde, o primeiro álbum da banda, L.D. 50 foi lançado. Mudvayne viu que o número de seus fãs crescia enquanto iam tocando no festival Tattoo the Earth com Disturbed. Mudvayne atravessou o país novamente e tocou no segundo palco do Ozzfest em 2001, mesmo ano em que lançou o álbum The Beginning Of All Things To End, um versão extendida do EP Kill, I Oughta que fora lançado de forma independente. Em 2002 veio o segundo álbum inédito The End Of All Things To Come com a música Not Falling sendo trilha sonora do filme "Navio Fantasma" (Ghost Ship). Em 2005, Lost and Found o terceiro álbum da banda, teve a música Forget To Remember como trilha sonora do filme "Jogos Mortais 2" (Saw II). Com o álbum "New Game", de 2008, a banda volta ao cenário mais madura, com músicas mais técnicas, mas sem perder o estilo tradicional da banda. [Fonte: wikipedia]

Mudvayne is an unmistakable style quartet formed in 1996 in Peoria, Illinois, USA. It is considered a band of Math Metal, but is above any label. From the beginning, the band was determined to play by their own rules. The dedication of the band to create their own unique musical vision was rewarded in 1999 when Mudvayne signed with Epic Records Sony. A year later, the band's first album, LD 50 was released. Mudvayne saw that the number of fans grew as they went touching the Tattoo the Earth festival with Disturbed. Mudvayne across the country again and played in the second stage of Ozzfest in 2001, the same year he released the album The Beginning Of All Things To End an extended version of the EP Kill I Oughta which was released independently. In 2002 came the second unreleased album The End Of All Things To Come with Not Falling music and soundtrack of the film "Ghost Ship" (Ghost Ship). In 2005, Lost and Found the band's third album, was Forget To Remember music as soundtrack of the movie "Saw 2" (Saw II). With the album "New Game", 2008, the band returns to the mature stage, with more technical songs, but without losing the traditional style of the band. [Source: wikipedia]
