Mickey Avalon (Yeshe Perl) nasceu em 1975 e é um cantor de rap de Los Angeles, Califórnia. Lançou seu primeiro disco solo em 7 de novembro de 2006 pela Interscope em associação com o Myspce Records. A banda Dropkick Murphys foi originalmente formada em 1996 em Quincy, MA. Tocavam numa barbearia de um amigo e logo encontraram público que gostava da sua música, e como resultado começaram a fazer digressões e a gravar. A banda gravou uma série de EPs e assinou com a Hellcat Records. Em 1997, eles lançaram seu primeiro álbum, Do or Die. Logo após isso, o vocalista Mike McColgan deixou a banda, e foi substituído por Al Barr. Em 1999, eles lançaram o seu álbum seguinte, The Gang’s All Here. Em 2001, lançam o álbum Sing Loud, Sing Proud!. Este álbum mostrou a evolução da música da banda, e incluiu a colabaoração de Shane MacGowan e Cock Sparrer. O próximo álbum, Blackout, foi lançado em 2003. Este álbum incluía o sucesso radiofônico “Walk Away,” além de uma das favoritas dos fãs “Fields of Athenry”. O seu 5º álbum, The Warrior’s Code na Epitaph Records, foi lançado em 21 de Junho de 2005. Nele havia os singles “Sunshine Highway”, “The Warrior’s Code”, e como bónus track, “Tessie”. Também incluía uma música inspirada num poema de Woody Guthrie chamada “I’m Shipping Up to Boston”, a qual fez parte da trilha Sonora do filme vencedor do Oscar 2006 Os Infiltrados. Dois vídeos, um com e um sem imagens do filme, foram gravados. The band Dropkick Murphys was originally formed in 1996 in Quincy, MA. They played in a friend's barbershop and soon found an audience that liked their music, and as a result they started touring and recording. The band recorded a series of EPs and signed with Hellcat Records. In 1997, they released their first album, Do or Die. Shortly thereafter, vocalist Mike McColgan left the band, and was replaced by Al Barr. In 1999, they released their next album, The Gang's All Here. In 2001, they released the album Sing Loud, Sing Proud!. This album showcased the evolution of the band's music, and included collaborations from Shane MacGowan and Cock Sparrer. Their next album, Blackout, was released in 2003. This album included the radio hit "Walk Away," as well as the fan favorite "Fields of Athenry." Their 5th album, The Warrior's Code on Epitaph Records, was released on June 21, 2005. It featured the singles "Sunshine Highway", "The Warrior's Code", and as a bonus track, "Tessie". It also included a song inspired by a poem by Woody Guthrie called "I'm Shipping Up to Boston", which was featured on the soundtrack to the 2006 Oscar-winning film The Departed. Mandisa Lynn Hundley nasceu e foi criada em Citrus Heights, Califórnia. On July 27, 2007, after being eliminated from American Idol, Mandisa performed the song "I Do not Hurt Anymore" in TV talk show, Live with Regis and Kelly.
