Em 2008, participou do espetáculo "Bossa nova 50 anos", realizado na Praia de Ipanema, no Rio de Janeiro. Também no elenco, Carlos Lyra, Roberto Menescal, Oscar Castro Neves, Wanda Sá, Leila Pinheiro, Emílio Santiago, Zimbo Trio, Leny Andrade, Maria Rita, João Donato, Joyce, Marcos Valle e Patrícia Alvi, Bossacucanova e Cris Delanno. Lançou, em 2009, o CD “Luz negra”, gravado ao vivo, com sua canção “5 discos” (c/ John), além de “Diz que fui por aí” (Zé Kéti e H.
