A formação do B5 vem de infância, os irmãos Eduardo Guimarães (voz e guitarra), Bernardo Guimarães (bateria) e Lucas Leite (guitarra), na faixa dos 15 aos 18 anos, começaram estudar música aos 4 anos e já vinham tocando juntos, quando á seis, sentiram a necessidade de novos músicos para a turma. Em 2000 por indicação de um professor de violão conheceram Léo Lotti (voz e contrabaixo), que por sua vez, convidou o amigo Luis Felipe Bade (guitarra solo). Estava formada a banda, que inicialmente tocava covers de grupos de rock. Com a formação definida, a banda começa a fazer vários shows em festas e eventos em Petrópolis, cidade onde moram influênciados por bandas dos anos 70 até os dias atuais. A exposição agropecuária foi o empurrão que precisavam, o B5 se apresentou em cinco edições, sendo que nas três últimas no palco principal. A exposição foi uma ótima vitrine, pois Petrópolis tem muitas bandas de rock mas poucos lugares para tocar. "Há eventos alternativos geralmente realizados na casa de alguém", diz Edu. No ano de 2002, assinam contrato com a gravadora Sony Music e lançam seu primeiro CD, auto-intitulado, de nome "B5", onde a banda trata de temas adolescentes como escola, namoro, sexo, futebol e vídeo-game. A partir daí o trabalho toma projeção nacional e o B5 torna-se uma das bandas revelação do pop rock brasileiro. "Nesse álbum participamos da produção. É um CD mais autoral, com sete composições nossas, enquanto no primeiro eram somente duas", destaca Léo. Segundo trabalho do quinteto que está na faixa dos 16 anos. Apesar da pouca idade, os garotos vão buscar influências no rock clássico setentista, além de elementos atuais, injetando peso nas guitarras e demonstrando uma alta dose de maturidade sonora. Em 2005 o grupo lançou o seu segundo CD, intitulado "Novo". A música "Só Mais Uma Vez" esta presente na trilha sonora da novela "Malhação" no álbum Malhação Nacional 2005. Em 2005, a banda abriu dois shows internacionais, Simple Plan e Hanson. A banda teve seu fim no inicio de 2009, apesar de que a banda já estivesse com o 3º cd quase pronto, os contratos que estavam para fechar acabaram não sendo fechados e após esse episódio, foi havendo um afastamento gradual, assim os integrantes foram traçando caminhos diferentes, ocasionando na separação do grupo. Leonardo Lotti se formou em Direito na Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, atualmente dá aulas de inglês no curso FISK de Petrópolis e toca na banda local chamada Sunset Rock. Eduardo, Lucas e Bernardo se casaram. E Luis Felipe continua trabalhando como músico em gravações e acompanhando a cantora Jullie em sua turnê. Além disso, ele também trabalha em produção musical, fazendo gravações e mixagens. Lucas se formou em Hotelaria e trabalhou muitos anos em hotéis de grande porte no Rio de Janeiro, e atualmente é dono do 021 Hostel, localizado também no Rio de Janeiro no bairro Botafogo. The formation of B5 comes from childhood, the brothers Eduardo Guimarães (vocals and guitar), Bernardo Guimarães (drums) and Lucas Leite (guitar), in the range of 15 to 18 years, began studying music at age 4 and were already playing together, when they six felt the need for new musicians to the class. Os Gladstonians foram formados em meados dos anos noventa por Lance Bennett em seu show na noite de domingo no Gladstone Hotel e surgiu através de um processo de destilação de muitos músicos. Embora envolvido em outras aventuras musicais ao longo da semana , a banda se reunia todos os domingos e cantou músicas que eles queriam tocar. O espírito que atraiu um pouco de uma audiência e muitos convidados, incluindo Bobby Keys dos Rolling Stones, o incrível Jeff Healey , membros do grupo de Blue Rodeo e Cory Hart, e toneladas de outros grandes músicos Toronto que foram convidados a sentar-se dentro como ter um show na série Bluesman no Bravo, as Gladstonians foram apresentados em Now Magazine, e teve artigos escritos sobre eles, em muitos jornais locais. The Gladstonians were formed in the mid-nineties by Lance Bennett at his show on Sunday night at the Gladstone Hotel and emerged through a process of distillation of many musicians . Although involved in other musical adventures throughout the week , the band met every Sunday and sang songs they wanted to play . The spirit that attracted a bit of an audience and many guests including Bobby Keys of the Rolling Stones , the amazing Jeff Healey , group members of Blue Rodeo and Cory Hart , and tons of other great musicians Toronto who were invited to sit in. as well as having a show on the Bravo series Bluesman , the Gladstonians were presented in Now Magazine , and has written articles about them in many local newspapers . The band never broke - if the geographical distance made it impossible to continue as some had moved to Costa Rica , the other to Florida and others had touring obligations . The band reunited in Toronto in 2006 and 2007 , and always exists in the virtual realm of Gladstonia ....

Heron é uma banda folclórica britânica fundada em 1967, que lançou dois álbuns e dois singles no rótulo Dawn de 1970 a 1972. Ambos os álbuns foram gravados no exterior. O primeiro - auto-intitulado - álbum foi gravado em um campo pelo rio Tamisa; O segundo foi um álbum duplo, que eles gravaram fora de uma casa de campo Devon. Este álbum mostra uma maior variedade de estilos musicais em comparação com o álbum de estréia. Mas ainda o estilo folclórico acústico é dominante, misturado com algumas melodias mais rocking.
